Omega Point Solutions LLC · Last updated June 2026

Read this. Omega Point's products, assessments, and AI outputs are decision-support tools. They do not replace professional judgment, legal counsel, sworn investigation, or independent verification. Acting on any output is your responsibility.

1 · No professional, legal, or medical advice

Content on this site and outputs from our Services are provided for informational and operational-support purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and do not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or clinician-patient relationship. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.

2 · AI and analytic outputs

Our products use AI, retrieval, and predictive models (including the DAN-O and ODIN engines). These systems can be incomplete, can misrank, and can produce errors. Outputs, including grounded summaries, citations, confidence flags, link analyses, risk scores, and predictive routing, are investigative leads and decision-support, not conclusions of fact. Users must independently verify any output before relying on it for an arrest, charge, denial of rights or benefits, employment action, or other consequential decision. Confidence indicators express modeled likelihood, not certainty.

3 · Investigative & regulated use

Investigative, OSINT, identity, vehicle, and background-related outputs may be subject to laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and state law. Our consumer and investigative products are not consumer reports and must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other FCRA-covered purpose unless expressly licensed and configured for it. You are responsible for having a lawful, permissible purpose for any lookup and for complying with all applicable law.

4 · Security assessments

A security assessment reflects the systems, scope, configuration, and information available during a defined testing window. No assessment guarantees the absence of vulnerabilities, prevents future compromise, or certifies compliance unless a specific certification is expressly stated. Environments change; new vulnerabilities emerge. Findings and recommendations are point-in-time and should be revalidated over time. Remediation and operational security remain the client's responsibility.

5 · Emergency management & public safety

Hazard maps, seismic/flood/critical-infrastructure modeling, live feeds, and emergency-management outputs are planning aids drawn from third-party and modeled data that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for official warnings, 911, or directions from emergency authorities. In an emergency, follow official guidance and contact emergency services.

6 · Third-party data & links

Our Services may incorporate or link to third-party data and sites (e.g., government feeds, public records, mapping). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sources. Their inclusion is not an endorsement.

7 · Forward-looking & product-status statements

Statements about roadmap, capabilities, or maturity (including items marked prototype, beta, or engine) describe current intent and may change. Some capabilities described on this site are in active development and are identified as such. Nothing here is a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.

8 · No guarantee of results

Use of our Services does not guarantee any particular investigative, security, funding, or operational outcome. Examples and scenarios are illustrative.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Point Solutions LLC disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on this site or our Services. This Disclaimer supplements, and is incorporated into, our Legal & Terms.
